Kristine Antonian
Kristine is the young and talented Pastry Chef behind recently opened Cira restaurant, helmed by chef Chris Pandel. Extremely hard working and diligent, Kristine is making her name known by delivering an incredible house made pastry and dessert program at Cira. A selection of house made breakfast pastries like Kougin-Amann, Strawberry-rhubarb brioche galette , and spiced babka are rivaled only by Middle Eastern inspired desserts such as Calamansi Posset, espresso cardamom ice cream, and blackberry orange blossom sorbet. Kristine often sources inspiration for her pastry program from the unique ingredients that Chef Chris brings into the kitchen - like coriander, date syrup, and kaffir lime. Vilarosa is a pastry chef on the rise, flexing her culinary prowess at Cira, and certainly a rising star for Chicago to keep their eye on.
