Ulises Regalado is the Executive Chef for Weber Grill Restaurant Chicago. He has been with the company since 2006 and moved through the ranks with us; he started as a line cook in 2006. His passion for cooking has grown since he was 15 and began working in the industry as a dishwasher. When he started at Weber, he was inspired to take his career to the top and now he is the Executive Chef for our highest volume location.
