Born and raised in Flagstaff, AZ, Claire graduated from the Culinary Institute of America 2007 with an associates degree in baking and pastry. She has lived in Chicago for over 10 years with experience in Michelin star restaurants and hotels. Claire loves creating new designs and imaginative desserts.
