Matt McCormick joins Weber Grill Restaurant as Corporate Chef where he will lead menu and kitchen operations for their Chicagoland, Indianapolis and St. Louis locations, though he will be based in the Chicagoland area. A southeastern United States transplant, Chef McCormick was Executive Chef of J. Alexander’s for five years in Georgia, Alabama and Florida before working as Executive Chef of Seasons 52 in Florida. Most recently he was Corporate Chef with Legacy Ventures Hospitality in Atlanta where he managed multiple restaurant concepts, their catering company, hotel food and beverage and event spaces. In his free time he enjoys dining out, making charcuterie, taking his Siberian Husky/Boxer mix to the park and an occasional game of golf.
